I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation on behalf of Grecia Robles Camacho. As the Office Clerk at Weston Ranch High School (WRHS), I highly recommend Grecia for your scholarship that will assist her in pursuing new academic endeavors at the University. Throughout these last two years, I have had the pleasure to observe Grecia interact, lead, and excel academically and personally.
Grecia is a leader that leads by example. This school year she has had perfect attendance. Her attendance has made her a reliable student that teachers can count on. Grecia is an English Learner tutor, which has given her the opportunity to assist students by providing them with extra support. She helps by explaining the class material to students that struggling. With her tutoring support, she has helped students overall, grades improve. Grecia’s teacher shared with me that, because of Grecia’s tutoring a student’s grades improved from all Fs to passing last semester with C or better grades. There is no question that Graecia’s dedication and commitment to her success shows. Grecia will undoubtedly accomplish great things for her and her family. I highly recommend her for your scholarship

I have known Grecia for the last 5 years she is hardworking and organized, Grecia is a kind and humble young girl, with a character of integrity. She shows a strong sense of service and is always willing to help others.
I have known Grecia since she was very young, and even in her formative years she radiated a joy and energy unlike I have ever seen. Grecia has an infectious energy brimming with positivity and encouragement for those around her, alongside which she balances an impressive air of professionalism. As stated above, Grecia is someone who leads by example, and someone who makes following a simple task in light of her charisma and skill. Grecia is a wonderful person in both business and friendship, and I couldn’t think of anyone more deserving of this scholarship.
I have know Grecia since Freshman year, and I 100% recommend Grecia for the Brookside Optometric Scholarship. She’s a great person she’s a super kind girl, Grecia is a great leader, she’s always worrying about others and always willing to help.
This scholarship is open to students currently enrolled as a senior in high school in San Joaquin County for the 2022 graduating year. Students may be enrolled in public or private schools, or be home-schooled. Nominations must be successfully uploaded to the entry page by midnight on March 20, 2022.
To be considered for the scholarship, all students must be nominated by a teacher, coach, guidance counselor, pastor, or youth leader (immediate family members and relatives are not eligible to submit nominations). Nominations will be posted on the contest website and receive community feedback during the period from March 21 - April 10, 2022.
One scholarship winner will be chosen by Brookside Optometric Group doctors based on their nomination and community feedback. The scholarship and funds will be presented to the winner in person in early May 2022 — the exact date to be determined by the winner.
